Susan Popoola runs Mosaic Fusions Ltd, a Talent, Organisation Development and Leadership Support organisation which works with organisations to develop highly productive and fulfilling workplaces that reflect the rich diversity of society. She has extensive cross-sector experience inclusive of international experience working with organisations and delegates from Europe, Africa, the Middle East, China and the US. She is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the Good Work Guild. 

Susan has a deep-rooted belief in human value and is and established speaker and the author of Touching the Heart of Milton Keynes: A Social Perspective, Consequences: Diverse to Mosaic Britain, and most recently, Male Perspectives on The Value of Women at Work. She is currently working on a new book on Multiculturalism.

Susan also does work in support of young people who have been brought up in Care/without parental support.
